MCUD is currently working on numerous projects with many more in the planning or design stages. Notice that each project below shows its status and phasing stage. Future projects depend on the partial or full completion of other projects. This 'phasing' is important for the success of all projects. Distribution Line(s)
The first phase of linking constituents to the MCUD water supply involves the construction of underground distribution lines to the new Greenwood ISD High School. The anticipated date for substantial completion is April 2026.

Fire Hydrant Installations
MCUD will be installing new fire hydrants along many of the new distribution lines. This will further enhance and protect those in the MCUD service area.
