Voting Eligibility and Responsibility

Only registered voters who reside within the boundaries of the Midland County Utility District (MCUD) are eligible to vote in the upcoming bond election. If a bond is approved, only property owners within the MCUD service area will be responsible for the repayment of any debt issued through the bond.
